The beginning
My journey with hair began at just 17, when I first learned the foundations of a professional blowdry. At the time, I could never have imagined that this simple skill would stay with me, or that 15 years later I would pick up a hairdryer again and discover a passion that would completely change the direction of my life.
For years, that early experience was simply a skill I had learnt and carried with me. Then, at a point in my life when I was searching for a new sense of purpose, I found myself drawn back to it. I picked up my hairdryer, started practising and quickly realised there was something special about creating beautiful hair with my own hands.
What began as a way of finding my direction again soon became so much more. Blowdry after blowdry, I became more confident. I refined my technique, developed my own signature style and began to understand just how much a great blowdry can change the way a woman feels. It isn’t simply about how the hair looks. It’s the feeling of leaving the chair feeling polished, confident and like the very best version of yourself.
The more I practised, the more my passion grew. I became obsessed with the details: the movement, the volume, the finish and the little techniques that make a blowdry last and feel effortless. I wanted to create an experience that felt luxurious, personal and consistent, while building a style that was instantly recognisable as Bouncy Blowbar.
The community
It began with just two clients and a determination to build something of my own.
That grew into a fully booked diary, a loyal clientele and a community of women I love making look and feel their best.

What began behind one chair grew into a method, an Academy and a professional formulation, each designed around the system itself. From the first cleanse to the final release, every step has a purpose.
Blowprep lifts away excess oil, impurities and product build-up, preparing the scalp and hair for Blowbase.
Blowbase performs the essential second wash, creating a clean, weightless foundation for the final step, Blowbounce.
Blowbounce completes the three-step system with an ultra-light formula, leaving the hair glossy and perfectly prepared for the signature Bouncy Blowdry.
And this is just the beginning
My vision for Bouncy Blowbar extends far beyond my own chair. I’m passionate about creating more than just beautiful hair; I want to share my knowledge, experience and signature approach with other talented stylists who share the same passion for exceptional service and confidence-boosting hair.
Through education, training and a growing community of accredited stylists, my goal is to build a trusted Bouncy Blowbar network where clients can experience the same high standards, attention to detail and feel-good experience wherever they visit.
What started as a vision behind one chair is growing into something much bigger, bringing the Bouncy Blowbar experience to women across the UK and, in time, around the world. I’m excited to continue building a community of skilled, passionate stylists and creating a brand that inspires confidence, connection and beautiful hair wherever it goes.
